Nice dude, just noticed ur specs. what's ur bottleneck tho? vista tops off at 5.9 and the graphics card and memory definitely are 5.9's. How does the i7 rate? Should also be 5.9 cause we got some Q8400's at work (5.9). Hard drive? I'm looking to building a mean gaming machine in the new future as well. If you get Supreme Commander, we'll play online ;).

hotcopy is just freezes the repo state at request and makes a copy to avoid copying things that are in an inconsistent state (ie, a commit in progress). If you just stop the svn service and do a file-system copy you'll get the same result. So long as you drop the repo into the repo directory it should get served up no problem.

I don't use the berkley db though so it perhaps its not that simple in all cases.

It's a lot more easy:
After making a hotcopy such as:
svnadmin hotcopy path/to/repository path/to/backup --clean-logs
Use this new repository, you just have to make sure svn is installed in the machine your leaving your backup

[...] That was a bit more difficult than I thought it would be. I searched for and tried several MyBlogLog plugins for WordPress and none worked.
The Fox Theatre is great, I saw Avenue Q there a couple months ago.

The next time you get randomly flown to Atlanta, give me a call!
